What we collect and why. The details you submit through the meeting-request form (name, contact details, company, subject of your question) are used solely to prepare, schedule and confirm your appointment. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into an engagement (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We never use your data for mailing lists and never pass it to third parties for their own purposes.
Processing. The form is technically processed by our website host and delivered to us by email. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or trackers. The Chinese typeface is served from our own domain; the Latin display typeface is loaded from the Google Fonts content-delivery network, to which your IP address is technically transmitted when a page loads.
Retention. If no engagement follows, form submissions are deleted within twelve months.
Your rights. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing — write to info@cnconsult.be. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).

处理方式。表单由我们的网站托管服务商进行技术处理，并以电子邮件送达我们。本网站不设 Cookie，不使用任何统计或跟踪工具。中文字体由我们自有域名提供；拉丁文标题字体经由 Google Fonts 内容分发网络加载，加载时您的 IP 地址会在技术上传输至该服务。
保存期限。如未建立委托关系，表单信息将在十二个月内删除。
您的权利。您有权申请查阅、更正、删除、限制处理、数据可携，或提出异议——请致函 info@cnconsult.be。您亦可向比利时数据保护局（dataprotectionauthority.be）投诉。
